brianbaynard You'd think with such a high marketing budget and a huge team of overpaid designers they could come up with something a little easier to navigate. Yes they are considered the "Bible" of online travel, but I feel like I get lost in all the content, and can't help but feel like I'm in a used car lot when they casually force me to look at deals I have no interest in looking at. There is very little focus in their color and layout, and though it does seem like they make educated business decisions, the layout doesn't reflect that. Their flow for most of the UIs is very sensible, but the individual page layouts make me want to drive rusty nails into my eyeballs. And as for coolness...well, let's not even go there.
