The year was 1982 and I was 19 years old and walked into a Macy's Ticketron office to get 4 tickets for the upcoming Van Halen show. The tickets had gone on sale 3 or 4 hours earlier and I just about fell on the floor when the lady behind the ticket desk said "Hmmm lets' see what we have... oh - here we are... is front row OK??" Totally true story.
